1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MapMyMajor (the “Site”), operated by Leafspire LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of Content

The content provided on this Site, including curriculum flowcharts, course tooltips, prerequisite chains, “trap” callouts, and key-notes annotations, is for informational and planning-aid purposes only.

• Source. Flowcharts are built from publicly available college catalog and bulletin sources, then assembled, annotated, and reviewed using a combination of human editing and AI-assisted analysis. We triple-verify each flowchart before delivery (deterministic structural script, AI quality-assurance review, and human spot-check), but no review process is infallible.
• Subjectivity. Flowchart organization, trap callouts, and editorial notes represent our interpretation of catalog requirements. Two readers of the same catalog may reasonably disagree about emphasis, sequencing, or which requirements warrant a callout.
• Accuracy and currency. Curriculum requirements are subject to change by the issuing institution at any time and without notice to MapMyMajor. While we strive to use the most recent published catalog and to date each flowchart, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or currency of the information. Always verify current requirements directly with the school's advising office before relying on this information for course registration, enrollment, or graduation planning.
• Not advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes academic advising, enrollment counseling, or a guarantee of academic outcomes. MapMyMajor is a planning aid for use alongside qualified human advisors, including the student's college consultant and the institution's own academic advising staff.

3. No University Affiliation

MapMyMajor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by any college, university, or other educational institution referenced on this Site. References to specific institutions, programs, courses, and course codes are made for the purpose of describing publicly available curriculum information.

4. Form Submissions

When you submit the request form on this Site, you provide us with your name, work email, firm name, and the school and major you would like a flowchart for. We use this information solely to build and deliver the requested flowchart and to follow up with you about that request. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically download flowcharts or other Site content for use outside your own professional practice;
• Republish, redistribute, or resell flowcharts as your own work, including by removing MapMyMajor attribution or representing the flowcharts as the work product of your firm;
• Use the Site or any content obtained from it in a manner that violates the intellectual property rights of any college, university, or third party;
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, including by submitting automated form requests, attempting to access non-public areas, or transmitting harmful code.

Independent Educational Consultants and other professional advisors are welcome to display, screen-share, and walk clients through MapMyMajor flowcharts as part of their advising practice, including in family meetings and client work.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including the layout, organization, editorial annotations, trap callouts, key-notes commentary, visual design, and triple-verification process) are owned by Leafspire LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Catalog text. Course names, course codes, course descriptions, and degree requirements are sourced from publicly available college catalogs and bulletins and remain the property of the respective institutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Leafspire LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of academic credit, delayed graduation, tuition costs, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Site or any reliance on the information contained in any flowchart, tooltip, callout, or annotation.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site and all flowcharts, annotations, and supporting content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
